333 N Water is the premier development site in the historic 3rd Ward neighborhood of downtown Milwaukee. Located at the gateway of the 3rd Ward at the intersection of N Water Street and St. Paul and bordered to the west by the Milwaukee River, this site is one of few remaining landmark designated sites in the district.  As a landmark site, zoning allows for high density development and planning is underway to create a high rise residential apartment community, boutique chic hotel, active street level retail space and exclusive indoor parking.
